- BGBri GoldSep 11, 20251.0If I could give them a negative, I would. Grooming opens at 7, our appt was at 8, I arrived at 740 and was told to wait outside until 8. At 8 sharp, I brought our dog into the groomer, she asked about meds and medical history - I explained our dog has seizures and gave the medications she is currently taking. Now, 30 minutes into this, I am told they wont groom her. How about asking these types of questions before making the appt? Terrible customer service. I live close and we buy pet items from them frequently, but no more. I’ll drive to petsmart.

The only thing is if I have an appointment at 9:00am I don't think my dog should be trimmed last . My dog wasn't even touched until noon .. why? Other dogs were done before mine and my dog is small and the others were very big dogs
