Saltwater setup which we got in in the Tempe location February, customer service there was so HELPFUL, I get to this location and Wren and the other guy were just talking away at the door didn’t even greet me when I came in and all the aquarium lights were shut down being that there was a whole hour left for closing (9:00pm) we have been wanting to get a pair of clownfish and had to walk up to the front to ask for help Wren looked confused and looking up and down as if she already insinuated I had no clue how to care for saltwater life, asked what fish I wanted and I said a clownfish I saw for my boyfriends birthday “tomorrow” she immediately refused service didn’t even let me talk kept saying the owner of the tank had to physically be there as if my boyfriend and I don’t live in the same household! & kept making all kinds of hand signals saying “you will not be taking any fish home not in my store, not tonight” I told (Mr. Fish Police) I didn’t want to talk to her anymore so I went to ask the other guy I think his name was Yohan for help instead of Wren and he looked so sorry he couldn’t help me, he was actually trying to be nice & courteous you could tell he had MANNERS but Wren stood right behind him with clenched fist and didn’t allow him to help, I would love to find out who provided her with training and why is she referring to it as “her store” ultimately I ended up leaving because there was a client who came in and didn’t want her to be part of the bad experience as I can behave respectfully unlike the “Fish Sheriff”
