Went on line and made an appointment, I was sent a email with a time frame of when to show up. When I didn’t arrive at the every beginning of the time frame they want to reschedule for another day. Also treated as if we where an inconvenience
The entire time we were there.

I love the food I get here and the food rewards but, I have an older dog that requires males dog wraps and 25+ dollars for a pack of 12 disposables are way out of line, when I can get a pack of 50 for 20 dollars at PetSmart so in the long run I save more at PetSmart for the same if not better product (doggie diapers)

Rude employee. Guy who helped was nice enough but the female employee next to him was absolutely terrible. Got a beta. Bought a beta tank with the 2 gal. Female employee was like you need a bigger tank. I said no I do not this is not my first beta, they've survived in even smaller tanks and she gave me a look. Then as I was leaving she snarkily said "good luck with the fish"! Never going to this store again. Why sell beta tanks specifically for beta if your employees are gonna try to shame you into a bigger one. It's one thing to say hey you may want a bigger one eventually but she was loud and embarrassing me and extremely rude. Her little "good luck with the fish" in the end was not called for.
