I'm not sure I'll return; it was very disorganized and the staff was grumpy. This is not what Petco shopping I usually experience.

The lady at the grooming desk said she couldn’t find a “paw trim” option in the computer so she charged us for a “face trim” instead on top of the nail grind. I thought the minor paw trim was included in the nail grind service because this was the first time we have ever been charged for it. I will probably go to a different location or store in the future.

My daughter ordered one from Amazon that was 1/3 the price of your small brush. Sorry! But everyone must watch every dollar we spend and your product was outrageously priced.
