I would give a negative star if possible. I have been here 3 times with small needs for my puppy, tick, nail trim, and shots, and every time they do nothing and charge outrageous prices. they can't even cut her nails! This last visit I paid and left and they haven't stopped calling as THEY billed me wrong and are requesting more money. Despite not doing any service other than hart worm blood draw and tick check. I paid my bill, left and they won't stop calling as the pricing was for the "wellness package" was wrong. Also no receipts, pricing details or anything offered at the time of service, hence their errors. Take your pet and business elsewhere.

Heartbroken and Furious
I honestly can’t believe what just happened. I brought my dog in for a simple procedure, and they dropped him off the table. You read that right. They literally dropped my dog. Now he can’t even put pressure on his paw — he’s limping, whimpering, and clearly in pain. Watching him try to walk breaks my heart.
When I reached out to them through the “wellness program” chat (which, by the way, I pay $80 a month for), their response wasn’t an apology or an offer to help. Instead, they told me to take him to another animal hospital — one that’s not even covered under their plan. So now I’m supposed to pay another vet out of pocket to fix what they caused?
I trusted this clinic with my dog’s care, and they completely let me down. No compassion, no responsibility, just a “not our problem” attitude. My dog deserves better — every pet does. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their animal

DO NOT take your pets to the Camelback location! We recently switched to this location from the Desert Ridge one (wonderful staff!) because it's closer to home and have received terrible service and care. We've taken in both of our dogs for issues in which we barely spoke to a vet. All communication was done via their staff. Most recently, we took our female dog in for a cough and sneezing and its been weeks to trying to determine what's wrong with her with us pushing for tests to be done because the staff recommended we just "monitor her." At the last visit, we did some respiratory tests and were told we'd have results in 3-4 days. We have been following up for TWO WEEKS and were continuously told that the lab was taking a long time to find out that the Banfield team did not submit the correct paperwork so the lab didn't perform any testing at all. This was after they told us they were calling the lab everytime we called to ask for results, which means they never did because the lab would have told them they had a paperwork issue. I cannot say anything positive about this location.

Really gone downhill over time. In store locations are God awful now. Traumatized my dog early on and now no one is willing to do half the tests I pay for because she gets scared and requires patience. Everyone there is to in a rush to slow down and care. Then they try to restrain her when they rush her making it worse despite my guidance and warnings. Multiple locations had the same results. Never had a dog so nervous to go to a vet.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
