- NNNeida NNov 29, 20251.0I scheduled an appointment for my new kitten midnight over a week ago for 11/29 @ 11 am. I They asked if I had prior vet documentation, which I don't because the kitten is young. I mentioned he was found. And I was denied services because I "hadn't had her for 2 weeks yet" I went back to check when he was found and it's been over two weeks. I called back to let them know, NO ANSWER. So I just scheduled it again. But then they call me 10 minutes later this time saying that they can't see new pets. I told them that I had the original appointment already set. And they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't see him, this time because I haven't put up a social media post about having found him? I would have no issue posting it today and showing them had I been made aware? Never have I known this to even be a thing, and I USED to work here over a year ago at the Christown location. So, I don’t know what they’re on about. If you made a scheduling mistake or if you're not seeing new pets JUST SAY THAT. What a waste of time for guests. Calling 30 mins before an appointment set almost 2 weeks ago to cancel it over some made up reason? Be serious. THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO RESCHEDULE!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
