Highly recommend this location for all our pet babies. The staff here are all very efficient and informative. My bull terrier has been suffering from allergies and I was given options and information that other places have failed to provide I now feel like we can get this under control and im not just endlessly spending hundreds of dollars every month.

I’ve been a Wellness Plan member for 2 pets now for many years (my dog who has now passed and my current dog). Overall, I feel like the staff at locations are kind, the services are good, and it has been worth it. Our dog had an appointment a couple of weeks ago for a general checkup and the vet found that he had an ear infection. They scheduled a follow up after having us medicate his ear for 10 days. Upon return from being out of town, I called multiple days before the appointment to ask if we could switch the appointment from a drop-off to a standard appointment where I sit with him. They didn’t have any availability for the original day but stated they could see him that Saturday at 2 and I took it. My husband and I brought our dog in for his scheduled time and were met with an employee working the front desk with a cold tone telling us we had no appointment at that location. When I stated that I spoke to someone on the phone to schedule it (for that location) and asked her to check, she explored further. She then stated our appointment had been cancelled due to lack of communication on our end. I pulled out my phone and asked if she could tell me when the voicemail was left as I didn’t see one, and she would not give further details. I then asked if there was any way to squeeze us in as we were just having our dog’s ear checked as a quick follow up. She stated it could be possible but likely not and would not ask anyone if it was even an option. Her tone was condescending and we felt as if we had to ask what was next, or possible outcomes to mediate the situation as she offered none . My husband also asked if the default was to automatically cancel our appointment after one missed call (which we couldn’t pinpoint) and she said yes. This visit was a real letdown as a loyal customer and we feel as though the employee working (10/25/25) clearly did not care through her unpleasant tone, demeanor, and lack of willingness to help. It might just be this location, but we are reconsidering our business with Banfield.
