  The people that helped us were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. One also did the right thing and got the other person who was more knowledgeable to our requests. Nice to have nearby.

  I used to love not only this Petco but the branch in general. There used to be actual specialist in each section that were there to help. Anymore you gotta search someone out and usually you will find them on their phones, or chatting with coworkers. There is no more respect for the customer that gives them jobs here. They always act as if it's a burden to get customers stuff and that's only if you're lucky enough to catch one to help you in the first place. Their main cash cow now is Vetco, so expect zero help at all if you go in while that's going on. Has just become a joke, much better service at small fish and reptile stores, don't waste your time to pay these guys wages when they don't care to lift a finger for you.

  Needed some help finding a couple of items, and the store was under staffed and I would had to wait until the 7 people that were in line or their was no one else in line at the to get the person at the register to assist me. So I bought what I had found and went to another pet store to get what I needed.

  Avoid Trish like the plague. She’s not only rude to customers but yells at employees. I came in on Sunday had a question regarding pet food, she refused to help me waited for over 20 minutes for help. She just ignored me while telling other people to shut up. She’s inept when it comes to customer service. Petco needs to work on training their staff. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  Grossest experience ive felt around someone. Please give Trish some sort of actual professional training with people. To thumbs down, this place sucks
