  Every time I go into this store (since the management change abt a year ago i believe) the staff have been professional, well spoken, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly truthful (if they dont know an answer theyll be up front about it). I know for certain ive met their gm, mol, and cal, and each one of them has made me nostalgic for my time with the company long ago. I will continue to shop here even though there are much closer options.

  Took our dog in for vaccines. The appointment was right on time, they were professional and the cost was comparable to our private veterinarian in Oregon.

  Friendly helpful staff at this store. Was recommended Nulo brand food here. Our 5 year old Golden Retriever loves it. A bit pricey but his gut has never been better shape because of Nulo. Thank you

  Very bad service. I arrived around 7 pm to buy several things to set up a large aquarium: several fish, plants, substrate—everything necessary for an aquarium. There was no one to help me. I waited 25 minutes, but no one came, so I went to the front of the store to ask for help. I waited again, and still no one came, so I wasn't going to wait any longer. As I was heading for the exit, the cashier told me, "I'm sorry, someone will come with you," but I wasn't going to wait any longer and told him to forget it. So I went to PetSmart instead, where I got everything I needed, and they didn't make me wait. Maybe I'll come back another time, and I hope the same thing doesn't happen again.
