The full service hospital even told me themselves that he refers way to may people to them for no reason. The vet hospital deemed no allergy gave my cat shots sent me on my way and said I could go back to the more affordable clinic. Clinic turned me away and said I can never bring that cat back and has to go to the hospital. Now they're losing out on 5 clients (my two dogs and 3 cats) because I will never give another cent to this establishment
