- JKJen Kwiatkowski6 days ago1.0Awful I bought a ferret $450 and within a month he was at the vet. Lethargic sick and I ended up spending $2,000 on him and he died anyways. Since it was past the 30 days when I got the chance to call and tell them and ask about their policy I was told they wouldn't do anything for me. Very disappointed in their customer service and devastated about losing my new fur baby... do better petco. Now they respond with a phone that they would like to discuss further. I called and got told they will do nothing for me as it was a store issue, after being on hold abd trying to figure out which extenstion... I will definitely not ever purchase a pet or anything from them again. Save your money people
- AEAngelina EnasDec 26, 20251.0Went tonight to get reptile food, EVERYONE is clueless, doesn't listen we asked for 12dozen crickets and they gave us 12, we asked to get more and we're ignored. There's bearded dragon stuck in shed they claim they take them out to get familiar with handling and they do not. Nobody there knows anything about the reptiles, they have 3 beardies in one tank. We asked to hold one to see his temperament before adopting him and they said they couldn't get him out due to being spicy and not having the handler there.

Seriously I’m having to wait a few minutes for an associate to come. There’s a whole bunch of workers in the corner chit chatting away waiting for their DoorDash order. No wonder this location is never busy. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
- AMAmanda MartinezDec 24, 20251.0The thing that set this Petco apart from all the others was the care put forth, especially in the reptile area of the store. This was the first big box store that I've been inside that has their geckos on carpet and the dragons. As a hobbyist with over two dozen reptiles, I know that carpet is the lesser of two evils. I was extremely surprised and disappointed to see that they have been moved onto sand, which is bad for adults, but even worse for small ones (as someone with three dragons). I started making this my go to Petco, but I can't justify it after seeing that. More than that, I feel for the young ladies who always boasted about how they were so proud of the changes they've been able to make. I've cancelled my subscription and I'll drive the extra 6 miles to my locally owned shop, and pray that Petco does better for their animals in the future.

One of them is always there n happy to help with anything you need n if you dont know what youre looking for, theyll go above and beyond n even check if other stores have it. If you go here look for hair that's half and half color, blue, or the red wispy hair. They work with the animals. Cant remember names but I always remember hair! I'm glad I took a chance on this place after saying I wouldnt shop here with the last manger because these 3 girls know there stuff.
