I went for a follow up for allergies. They charged me 60.00 just for an exam room. Vet did a physical exam, which I didn't ask for. Vet never came into room to explain physical exam findings. They take your dog in back to exam. You have no clue what is going on in the back of vet's office. They told me if I didn't like it, I could go elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment for my puppy for today at 9:30 a.m. . I received an email from them either confirming the appointment or canceling the appointment, so I clicked on cancel as I needed to reschedule the appointment however their website states "the dog ate their website" after having attempted multiple times including twice this morning. So I decided to call at 8am to reschedule at which time I received a voice message stating their closed for Thanksgiving and the following day. So it is now 8:47 and I have called multiple times to get the same exact message however the website says they're open. I left a voicemail with my name and number with low hopes that I would get a call back since they can't even update their voice message! Being a new customer it's a bit disheartening to know that they're open, can't seem to update their voice message or even answer the phone or fix the website! All while still receiving messages from Banfield of Signal Butte Road about how to sign up for their wellness plan. A bit hypocritical I would say!

Dr. Fox and Crystal were patient, empathetic and not rushing me out the door. My dog is complex because she is a rescue that doesn't want any procedures done. Dr. Fox slowly tried different tactics and my phone calls were returned. I'm relieved I'm getting help with this complicated dog.

I’ve been coming to the Banfield in East Mesa for a few years now. My pug loves the staff and they always are so caring and kind. My pug can be pretty sassy when he gets shots or nail trims but they always find ways to get what they can done for him. Didn’t even think twice to take our second pup in to them.
