It's only 5pm and it's all locked up. DO NOT bring your pets here!!!!!! Horrible experience every time we have gone here. All they care about is MONEY and don't give a shit about your dogs wellbeing!!

I got there told them what was going on and they rescheduled due to me being late, waste of time when they could have simply said “sorry we’re busy you will have to reschedule” over the phone instead of telling me once i’m there.

He now has diarrhea and I'm trying to get ahold of them and I've been on hold for 20 minutes after being hung up because I think they didn't know how to put someone on hold? I also put my puppy on their early care plus plan so I thought I was paying to get help with my dog?

The staff also made it hard to get my cats prescription after I made the decision to get her medicine somewhere with a better price. Edit to add: And the company using a copy and pasta response to everyone who complains about the lack of compassion from their employees is so obvious they don’t care. I knew it was sketchy dropping my kitten off so anyone else on edge take this as your sign to find another affordable option cause not only will they find every chance to up charge you your pet will come back dirty and worse than when you took them in.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
