I was treated unprofessionally. As an American Legion Member I had often volunteered working with/beside Elks and frequented their lodge with no issues but tonight at this Yuma AZ lodge I wasn't allowed attendence for dinner. After reading the reviews as regards to the food quality...well, best I ate elsewhere but the attitudes confronted are troubling.

Deb and her team are awesome. She has done all four of my dogs-2 Newfoundlands, a large German Shepherd, and a Basset Hound. They all are all Seniors with Various health issues including Complete Blindness, laryngeal paralysis, degenative myelopathy....She takes such great care of them all...we just love her kindness, hardwork, and sweetness with them.

My wife Sandy found Debonair Dogs Grooming on the internet. We are visiting Havasu for a few weeks and our little Shitzu-Poodle mix was in dire need of a shampoo and trim. They were able to get us in with only a one days notice. When we picked her up she looked adorable. The groomer did an excellent job, and we would highly recommend this establishment.

On Jan 2nd 2018 I took my little yorkie mix into Debonair for grooming. Gary requested that Piper’s fur be kept as long as possible. Gary also requested that Piper’s hair on her face not be cut, the groomer said she could do that and only take a very small amount of hair between her nose and eyes/forehead..
Gary was very explicit on what we wanted cut and NOT cut. The groomer was nice and we felt good about leaving Piper in her care,.
Well, 2 hours later we arrived to pick up our little Piper. We were disappointed upon seeing her,. I immediately took her outside. Gary stayed inside to pay. Upon looking at Poper we are very disappointed on the chop job the place did on our dog. Everyone that sees her comments on the bad uneven cut.
I understand there is nothing Debonair can do after the fact. It is beyond me why the groomer would do what she did. I am sure she is a nice person and things happen, BUT when an owner takes the time to explain what we desired and was acknowledged that they can and will do that... we expect it to happen.
It will take a while for Piper’s coat to grow out. In the meantime our beautiful dog looks very homely,
