  Our fulltime vet for our 6 donkeys. Excellent care and response to emergencies. Also showed great compassion and care when my 17 year old beloved cat had to be put to sleep.

  Do not trust this place. My daughter found an injured humming bird and i took it here. I asked the young lady at the counter if I can get the bird back when it was healed. She said yes. I wrote down my name and number so she could call me to pick the bird up. About a week after dropping the bird off I called to check on it. Now I am being told by another lady that I cant can not get the bird back to reunite it with its family in my back yard. And that the other girl is taking it home at night. Like it's her pet. Saving this bird and reuniting if with its family means alot to my daughter who saved the bird. So yeah I will never bring another animal here. Update 9/29. I called to talk to the hospital manager. They are all liars. Dont trust them.

  I have taken my dog to this establishment for 10 years. It was never a very comfortable experience but they were competent enough, I thought. Now, I am crushed and horrified that the so called “animal lovers” at Cerbat Cliffs Animal Hospital would not help my dog, Bentley, at his greatest hour of need. Bentley had been sick for a while and despite regular check ups and medicine, he was getting worse. This past week his health declined even more and I called three days in a row telling them that my dog is actively dying, he’s suffering and I need help. The person I needed to speak with the most, Dr. Welters, did not respond to my messages in any way. A random assistant I’ve never spoken to said they can’t fit him in for euthanasia for a week, the next day I told a front desk person that his condition had gotten worse and he was in so much pain and I asked for help again- she said they have no room to fit him in and also that the other lady didn’t even make the appointment like she said she would. At this point my dog couldn’t walk anymore and had stopped eating and drinking, it was emergency status and I could not help him in any way except to try to keep him comfortable. Bentley passed away this morning, and I will forever cherish his memory, but I really wish his doctor could have been there for him in his final days. Overall, I will never go back to this place and I feel bad for any pet moms and dads out there who go here for end of life care, they only want your money and stop caring when there’s nothing left in it for them. Overpriced, over crowded and unfriendly.

  First time using them. The business is very clean. The animals looked to be well cared for. Will advise more later.
