  The front desk ladies are kind of dismissive but that isn't the problem. I took my dog, freemont to this clinic because he was not feeling well. I will spare the details but this doctors treatment that was prescribed almost killed him. I will be going to a different place hopefully, I need to figure out WHERE now because I DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. Very shady practices like they won't let you see your animal while they do the check up, they try to walk you out the door with all kinds of extra stuff that I thought my animal needed. I feel completely taken advantage of. This was completely unacceptable.

  We were on our way home, North to Canada, when vehicle issues arose for us, and had us staying in Kingman Arizona. We noticed our dog not doing/feeling so well…. On Thursday afternoon we called every vet in Kingman . Cerbat Cliff Animal Hosiptial listened to our plea , had an opening for us the next morning ( Good Friday ) Thank Goodness ! Only one vet was on today and the waiting room was filling up very quickly. They immediately ran blood tests , came and discussed the results , all was in good order, and then they suggested X-rays next . Yes they found out our dog had pneumonia and it was in advanced stage . Dr Sarina Hopkins and her team had us diagnosed and out the door in about 2 1/2 hours . The office/waiting room got more busier at the time we left. The staff today was on full throttle ! All these staff are earth angels! Amazing to watch the team effort . Thank you is just not enough . Our dog may have died if they had not taken us in . It was very serious . They treated us and our fur baby amazing. God bless them all . Thank you !

  I'm a home health ventilator, nurse pediatrics, and an army nurse veteran . We bought a four month old Chihuahua 3 to 4 pounds. Because of my background , I proactively brought in a stool sample. The sample was double bagged. It was not touched it was laying on the diagnostic table and I was told that the vet could see through the plastic bags were not touched (DONT MAKE AN APPT AT 4 PM YOU WILL BE RUSHED)it that the stool was OK. A week later there's blood in the stool. The vet knew that I had bought the puppy from a breeder that I was not happy with and we were already having problems so it was already a very delicate situation. Mind you when I'm spending a couple hundred dollars and I have such a fragile dog I want to be called. I don't want to be TEXTING It was a total nightmare. The lab lost a stool sample. The dog was currently on an antibiotic, but it wasn't responding correctly. Because of my background, I stated what do we do now? What about hydration? fluid volume deficit ?things that I think are clinically sound! Each day was monstrous for my family. I'm also a mother of a special-needs son. Each day , I would wait for a text about a product that they wanted to sell me. Like a six dollar can of dog food. They made me wait a day to find out about Pedialyte for the pup. I would think that if you have a nurse there and asking good clinical questions that I would have a sound clinical feedback. The people were very nice, but when I'm paying a lot of money, I don't care if you're nice. I care about making sound clinical safe decisions in a very, very timely manner to benefit a very young dog and very small Chihuahua. I HAD TO TEXT THEM ABOUT THE SECOND ANTIBIOTIC, THEY GAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS TO GIVE BOTH TO A SMALL DOG. I CAN HARDLY WAIT FOR THE "IM SORRY RESPONSE" SAVE IT!!! IM SORRY I WENT THERE AND SO IS MY POCKET BOOK. AMEN 2/18/26 I noted they asked me to call. they have my number because they text it for care. LOLL

  My name is Victor Goodman currently residing in Bullhead City Az. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the building is there. My friend as been bringing there pets there for a period of time. They have been rude in the past and very unprofessional. But this time was over the top. The dog had surgery and my neighbor went back there over post op concerns. They seem never really to address your issue but they are always ready to charge extra fees. Trying to talk to the doctor about concerns is like pulling teeth. They always send the technician to answer your concerns. The staff needs an attitude adjustment. We will be notifying certain state,local,and city agencies regarding the so called care that is given PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY YOUR PET DESERVES BETTER.
