Best thing is it is local at my area Petco which means I do not have to drive into the city. What I would like to see as an improvement is to keep the pets not so close together while in line especially if there is a pet that gets anxious or barks to avoid a situation from happening.

Even with an appt., staff was running way behind, so had to roam around the store for over 30 minutes. Staff gave my dog a rabies vaccine without a problem, but was unable to draw blood for a heart worm test, even though my 6 yr old lab has been coming to Vetco for years for testing. The girls just seemed to lack the experience that the previous vet had. Sadly, we had to leave, and I will have to pay for the test at my regular vet, which is a shame, since we were there the previous week and I declined having the bloodwork done.
