On Shadows appointment Christy couldn’t have been more professional and accommodating. She was on time, groomed Shadow extremely well, and even went as far to educate me about dogs nails. I observed her manage phone calls efficiently and respectful. At previous appointments I always thought the service was overpriced compared to what I got, but Christy was worth it. I do feel the weight of the dog is far less accurate to determine price as opposed to height and length. Donna Wigginton

- BKBeryl KizerSep 6, 20251.0The WORST haircut ever for my dog, Jaxon. The first time I had him groomed at this Petco, the results were great. The groomer was Nevada and she did an outstanding job ! This time, Nevada wasn't available, so I booked with a different groomer, Shelley. She did a TERRIBLE job. Jaxon didn't look like he had been clipped AT ALL, and it appeared he hadn't been bathed. He still smelled "funky". Since Nevada has NO availability through the end of the year, my dog and I will NEVER be back !
