- JMJan MarstellaDec 25, 20251.0My Babe was checked upon arrival and had been brushed on a daily basic an was told long hair would be possible. I specifically stated i didnt want her shaved! I received a call stating she had matts under her arms....i I have no idea about the blade sizes just asked to keep her as long as possible (she gets cold easily). She was shaved when I picked her up. All the dogs i saw on that day were shaved. I was told we want you to get your money worth! I'm guessing it is easier to shave then groom!

On Shadows appointment Christy couldn’t have been more professional and accommodating. She was on time, groomed Shadow extremely well, and even went as far to educate me about dogs nails. I observed her manage phone calls efficiently and respectful. At previous appointments I always thought the service was overpriced compared to what I got, but Christy was worth it. I do feel the weight of the dog is far less accurate to determine price as opposed to height and length. Donna Wigginton
