- BHBrandy Hill HerreraNov 15, 20251.0The manager John is very rude to customers I don't know if he means to do it or if I was the only one he's done it too on four separate occasions the two recent one was I was in the store body language everything how he talked to me he didn't want to be there and he didn't want no one in there that he thought was beneath him so the second time I called up there he pretended that the merchandise they didn't even sell and then when I asked who I was talking to he actually hung up on me very rude the rest of the people that work there are completely amazing I love the store because of those people I think he needs to be re-coached as a manager how to give respect to customers

As she was preparing to get the crickets for me she excused herself to help someone who had just approached the check out counter. Call me old school but I believe you should assist the customer in front of you first then proceed to the others. My request would've taken less than 2 minutes to complete and I would've paid and left happy. Instead I stood by the crickets for a little over 5 minutes and left. Poor staffing. And poor customer service training.
