He was super helpful, patient allowed us to make sure a cone fit by letting us into the training room to have me try it on him we asked for recommendations with the pajamas size and he allowed us to use a tape measure and he helped show us where items where in the store. Thank you for hiring such a nice and helpful patient young man to your store. He is a good employee. I do hope management will see what a good kid they have working there.

- BHBrandy Hill HerreraNov 15, 20251.0The manager John is very rude to customers I don't know if he means to do it or if I was the only one he's done it too on four separate occasions the two recent one was I was in the store body language everything how he talked to me he didn't want to be there and he didn't want no one in there that he thought was beneath him so the second time I called up there he pretended that the merchandise they didn't even sell and then when I asked who I was talking to he actually hung up on me very rude the rest of the people that work there are completely amazing I love the store because of those people I think he needs to be re-coached as a manager how to give respect to customers
