Unfortunately she is no longer working here so they switched my appointment to Tay. I have never had issues getting into the store (since grooming is open before the store). Today I waited outside for 10 minutes while multiple employees walked by and ignoring me. I tried waving them down as well. Finally someone comes outside saying your groomer (Tay) isn’t here yet so you have to wait. Very unprofessional to ignore booked guests outside of the door as well as not being there on time for your shift. Left cancelling my appointment and will not be returning.

- BMBrenda MichaelsMar 12, 20261.0I took Lila, my yorkie for a grooming appointment. I always use Petco and they have done a wonderful job. But, this time Lila looks like a chiwawa! I am so disappointed! The thing that bothers me is they looked at her file and asked me if I still wanted her hair short and her face cut like a teddy bear, which we always do. It is a Yorkie face with hair in a round cut. She was completely shaved, does not even look like a Yorkie. It will take forever for her hair on her head to grow. I was so disappointed I did not say a word. My husband called and complained. We told them it is only hair, but it is very upsetting to me. They have cut her for a couple of years, I just do not understand.
