- ANAbbey Nichols3 days ago4.0I was super thankful this location had a "same day" appointment available for my Mini Aussie, Rooster. He had been sick with tummy issues for 3 days, I was sick of waiting his tummy issues out and knew we had to do something about it immediately. The vet and their assistant were VERY thorough with giving me options of treatments for my pup, I didn't feel like I was led astray. At most vet clinics, they use verbiage I don't understand when it's pertaining to medical stuff for my dog, and at times can be information overload and forget half of the things said by the time I get home. But, I super appreciated the vet typed out EVERYTHING we discussed, went over and treated my Rooster with and printed it out for me, so when I got home I could relay everything to my fiancé and keep this visit on file. Once the visit was over and we were receiving Rooster's at home meds, the vet's assistant thoroughly went over our "at home" medications and answered every question I had. The only reason I gave 4 stars was, my appointment was at 11:00, and I didn't leave till close to 12:30, so there was a lot of wait time. Besides that, was very happy and pleased with our visit.

- MRMichelle ReyesOct 23, 20252.0The receptionist with the double nose rings is very rude and needs a class in customer service. She is very un inviting and has a bad attitude. Even as I was being checked she was on a call with a customer being rude and I could tell the customer hung up on her.
- AAAngela AtkinsSep 28, 20253.0I rescued a kitten from the street and it was experiencing some digestive issues. I took it to this Banfield to have him examined and tested for parasites. After a few days, I had to call them for the results. The girl said the results came back negative. I had to ask for a written report for my file which she then emailed to me. There was no further concern by the staff as to that the next test would be to find out what the digestive issues could be from. I paid $168.00 and the poor kitten is still having these issues (which was the reason I took him there) with no concern from Banfield staff. I will take him to a different vet. Inferior service from a veterinary clinic, for sure.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
