No problem here! Our groomer Mackenzie always knows how to comfort him and get the job done. Our lab manager is very high strung. She’s nervous about everything. No problems from her when Mackenzie comes to get her, it’s like she is going with someone she knows and trusts. I would recommend this place for your babies care.
- ARA RMar 27, 20265.0Zai does amazing! And she is so kind my big baby loves her. This is the first place where Aspen (my dog) is not terrified to get groomed. She has a thick coat and fur that repels water however after a spa session with Zai she is fluffed, soft, no knots and smells amazing! Thank you Zai for taking such good care of my baby!

Every time we show up, Ozzy’s so happy to be there. They really take care of the dogs here, and you can absolutely tell. I’ve never had my dog be so happy to go to a public place!!
