They were very busy and it took about an hour longer to be seen from when my appointment time was set for. 10 minute appointments clearly do not work for this type of event, maybe make them 20 minutes long and not so much of a back up will occur. Good pricing, friendly vet and techs, just wish it was more accurate to the estimated time for the appointment. I expect this from my doctor not my dog's doctor.
