- GLGeorgia Liano6 days ago5.0My appointment was for a ulcerated eye condition and the doctor knew right away when the doctor looked at it what it was but they did the test to confirm and then I was given medication and a regimen to follow for the next week with a follow up appointment I really feel that they have shown a lot of care involving my animal and the staff was easy to work with. They greeted me right away with friendly open arms and when you’re dealing with a sick animal, it can be stressful.

- LLLaOct 10, 20251.0The most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. I came in for a visit to get my kitten his third round for his FVRCP vaccine. According to multiple clinics and from my last visit with Dr Cole and his “assistant” I was told that this specific shot is given every three weeks and I came back at the third week mark to finish his last set. After wasting my time driving there, waiting for an hour and after the assistant weighed him they make me wait another 20 min, send a manager in to tell me that I shouldn’t be there to get his third shot because he doesn’t meet the required weeks. WHAT?! My kitten is 15 weeks at this point mind you and he is due for his third vaccine but nope they continue to lie and tell me they never told me to come back that week. Why on earth would I come back to get my kitten his third shots if you are the one who scheduled me in the first place? Make it make sense. You scheduled me and literally told me to come back in three weeks so I’m following your office orders! Not only did you lie and try so hard to get out of the appointment so you can get off on a Friday early you continued to harass me making me feel it was my fault and that Dr Cole and his assistant never told me that and I need to come back in another week for his vaccine. Why tell me to come back after scheduling me and wasting my time there? Again my kitten is 15 weeks old well above the required timeframe to get his third set. They then say they can do it after the fact I was looking somewhere else on the phone. Then proceed to show me the price for the visit which was $80 for an exam wellness fee and $52 for the third vaccine. Again another lie when I was told repeatedly all I had to pay for this visit for one shot would be $52. This place is a scam and they will try to upsell and charge you for every little thing. They said every time you take a pet in the clinic it will be an $80 charge. $80 to just weigh him and get his third round of shots?!! Are you kidding me. Such a rip off company. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. I will gladly take my $ elsewhere. Not to mention the vibe with the doctor and assistant is off putting. First they don’t even seem like they know how to interact with pets. They don’t care about the pet just talk about prices mainly and will attack the customer as if they are in the wrong. This doctor cant even take basic accountability for what he said he has to be coward enough to send someone else in the room to address his problems when he was face to face with me three weeks ago telling me it’s essential to make sure the kitten comes back within the 3 week mark which I tried to do but was turned away for no reason. New customers please don’t waste your time or money just to get screwed over. They don’t care about you as a human or show any basic professionalism or empathy. Not to mention they just take your animal in the back for shots without asking for permission which is also off putting so who’s to say they even really give shots back there. Probably scamming customers just to make a buck like the scam company they are. It’s all about money at the end of the day and your pets deserve way better. Good riddance
