My poor sister and her dog were treated so bad that literally we will tell everyone and never go here again. Whoever runs the grooming area needs to find a different profession.I’m so disgusted with this place. Where do I start? They cancel appointments with no call or reason why. Just a text to reschedule for a different day. (I’m sure one of you probably saw my dog on the schedule and didn’t want do him so you took it upon yourself to cancel my appointment which is lovely) You show up and they make you so uncomfortable to even leave your dog because all they do is read notes while checking you in and rudely tells you that our dog is a problem because he can stand for 4 hours? So, he is a senior dog and 120lbs….. I’m sorry but how do you expect a dog to stand for that long?? Never got a phone call that our dog was ready. I called to find out that the groomer we originally scheduled him for was in fact working and just didn’t want to groom him lol cool guys! The person running the show over there needs to be actually fired. My sister picks up her dog only for the groomer to tell her our dog needs a personal groomer? That he basically isn’t welcome anymore lol This was the last straw with this company and disgusting people who work here. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere before giving your fur babies to these people. No consideration, cancelling appointments and just plain rude. Maybe you need to advertise that you're incapable of grooming senior dogs so you don’t do this to someone else. Or maybe you just treat everyone like a piece of dog crap. I do appreciate how you inspired us to never take our dog anywhere again and we will groom him ourselves. Good job loosing a customer for over 20 years. Not that you care lol
