One of the groomers here named Tracy Turn down my Australian Shepard Said that it was going to take more time than other dogs since he has long fur and refused to take me in for my 515 appointment even after I’ve waited for weeks for this appointment!!! I took time off work and paid an Uber just to get me here for them to turn me down making me weigh so much money and not even taking in my pet. Not sure if she was racist against me or discriminatory Towards my animal that has long hair, but I would not come here nor would I book with her or any of these people they just want the easy work And will turn you down if your dog is bigger. Trust me book somewhere else
