Was really disappointed today. Was trying to do a simple refill pick up for my dogs medication that she’s been in for over a year. It was one issue after another with trying to change the dose for no valid reason, directions for the med were not appropriate, and then when those issues were corrected, was charged twice in order to process (re-label). Was told I’d have to come back in when the manager is there in order to get the refund for the error they created! Poor dog has been without meds for a couple weeks now so I felt compelled to just pay for the duplicate charge. Plus had to pay double of what I normally pay for a 30 day supply. Waste of an hour trying to get them to make sense. Ridiculous.

Vet Techs are arrogant and negative! They called my cat “naughty” after they simply couldn’t do their job nicely. Animals react to your energy.

I keep getting spam calls and texts for another dog. I've never been to this facility and now they're putting calendar appointments on my calendar. I called but they refused to help. That's why I'm writing this review. They refused to help me.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
