I am extremely upset by the treatment my fiancé and I received during our recent visit with our 15-week-old basset hound puppy for her rabies vaccination.
One of your staff members, Heather, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the appointment. When I explained that I had administered some of my puppy’s previous vaccinations at home, Heather stated—very matter-of-factly and without providing any evidence—that Tractor Supply vaccines “give puppies parvo.” She further told us that her own puppy developed parvo specifically because she used the Tractor Supply vaccine, again presenting this as fact rather than a personal anecdote or opinion. This is an extremely serious claim to make, particularly without any medical evidence, explanation, or context. She did not attempt to educate or discuss this professionally and instead used this statement to shame and discredit my decision, making me feel judged and irresponsible. Making claims of this nature could easily scare pet owners away from vaccinating their animals at all, which is both irresponsible and dangerous.
Additionally, Heather made an inappropriate and unnecessary comment suggesting that because my fiancé and I do not have children, we “probably wouldn’t know” that our puppy would be tired after her vaccine. This remark was disrespectful, condescending, and completely irrelevant.
She also went on to tell me that if I did not get my puppy spayed within her specific timeline, she would “get cancer.” I made it very clear that I intend to have my dog spayed—I simply prefer to wait until she is older and bigger. At no point did I say I was refusing to have her fixed. The way this was communicated felt like fear-mongering rather than professional guidance.
I expect to be treated with respect and spoken to professionally, not judged, talked down to, or frightened with exaggerated or unsupported statements. This experience was unacceptable and has left a very negative impression.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because no client should be made to feel the way we did during what should have been a routine and straightforward visit.

Awful staff. One staff member in particular, Heather (the nurse), was rude, opinionated and unprofessional. Gave false statistics and did not properly explain anything. If I could leave a zero star review and still get the point across I would. She was an awful lady, did not feel comfortable with her being around my animals. Made it very clear that we will not be returning this location for any purpose. Absolutely dispicable behavior.

WORST VET EVER!
Believe all the bad reviews. Took our dog here for a simple eye infection (which he's had before) and they tried to upsell us multiple times on additional tests to run. Also tried to upsell us on something to minimize any reaction to a vaccine (completely unnecessary). Then tried to upsell us to their membership. Then tried to upsell us on additional services.
We'd been there 10 minutes and had 8 upsell attempts.
This is a money hungry vet who puts their finances above what's best for their customers.
The worst was when they called us later and the recommended medication they quoted was $59. The same medicine is $12 on Chewy and our last vet charged us $22. We asked them to price match and they refused.
This is a vet that recommends unnecessary tests with highly inflated prices and has an rude staff to boot.
Go to this place if you enjoy getting ripped off.
If you read the other bad reviews, you'll see a stock answer from the business, but don't get fooled - given our interaction they do absolutely zero about complaints.

My dog went into the clinic for teeth cleaning and when we went to pick her up her hip was out of joint. She had never had hip problems. They said that they weren’t responsible. We paid them a lot of money to put her hip back in on the next day. When we picked her up the hip was back out again. They refused to refund any money.

Hours are not consistent, do not match website or app (6) or even person I spoke to yesterday (5). They closed at 4 today and I had left work early to pick up a medication refill.
Update: Although there is a response below that says contact us, it's just a random associate who asks you to completely start over rather than doing the homework regarding this rating and feedback in the first place. My issue is pretty straightforward... get your hours right!!!!

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
