- DBDonna Badaglialacqua2 days ago5.0We had to wait a while BUT as the woman involved lives in same 55+ Senior Living and I know what happened; I understand you guys had an incident to resolve while Rosie and I waited. From intake to exam I was pleased. Unless there’s some issue that comes up I plan on Crossroads being Rosie’s vet. Found Dr. thorough and helpful; assistants pleasant, very capable.

I took my feline in for an infected wound but realized that both times, no wound dressings or preventative instructions were given. Had I not been in healthcare and know how to dress a wound and use a cone (that I purchased on my own separately), easily could have had issues again...doesn't leave me with much confidence in future care. The wound was cleaned, but not stitched so took an extrodinarily long time to heal.

They were able to get my dog in the same day, which immediately put my mind at ease, and the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring from the moment we walked in. The veterinary team took the time to thoroughly examine my dog and quickly treated her hot spot with care and expertise. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat and the people who bring them in. The clinic was clean, organized, and ran efficiently without making us feel rushed. It’s not easy finding a vet you fully trust, but Crossroads has definitely earned mine. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality care for their pets.
