I would have given a five, but when we received the Vets notes she listed information applicable to one of my cats that should have been documented on my other cat's records. Also, the weight on the forms was 100 lbs for both cats. my cats weigh 8.5 lbs. the service was good but the administration on forms gets an "F" from me

Had a 440 apt, they left for a blizzard on this sunny day, vet left at 4 and I had no notification via text nor email. And they were rude to boot. So unprofessional. Go to the vet, it's worth the difference.
