  Employees kinda rude kept trying to ask for help with an item and they kept saying they where to busy helping someone else which I get but never came back or got someone else to help after

  I’ve never written a review before, but something needs to happen because animal lives are in danger! I’ve been going to the Flagstaff Petco for over 5 years and I’ve never seen the animal this bad before. I knew the Animal manager Jordan and Animal specialist Haylee. I would talk about reptiles and fish with them every week, because they genuinely care about animals and have the so much knowledge. Unfortunately they recently left and it shows. I went there the other day and needless to say this PET store should NOT be allowed animals. Hamster bedding completely wet, hamster enclosure pulled out completely open with no worker in sight, leopard gecko so skinny and one with a necrotic foot, snake with stuck shed and a lump on its side, crested gecko with disgusting food and soaking wet bark for bedding, beared dragons with sand in their food and stuck shed, and skinny chameleons with a swamp of water for bedding as well. I don’t want a reply to my review I want action to be taken. You guys need to either get those two back in that store or you need to hire people that actually care about animals and have the knowledge to prove it.

  Im kind of frustrated. I got a jumping spider from here it was labeled as a regal. It was a tiny tiny male looks like he hadn't been fed or watered like they taped the lid shut cause they are too afraid to care for them. The other containers had smaller spiders what looked almost I3. He however though now that he is fed and cared for is obviously a bold jumper and not a regal.

  My son was interested in learning about different snake breeds in order to purchase an appropriate first snake. Jordan helped us. She was so extremely knowledgeable. She helped my son and I so patiently. She answered all of our questions. She is an incredible resource for any and all reptile information. I was amazed by her wonderful customer service. She did such an excellent job. I'm not sure what her title is, but she deserves a promotion. PetCo should be giving her all the incentives to stay bc high quality information matched with beautiful people skills and genuine kindness and love of animals are rare in one package! Thank you, Jordan. We had never been in a PetCo before, but now we will absolutely being going back...to that one in Flag. ..Because of the excellent customer service we received there.
