  Great Vetco location :) Dr Amanda Howarth is amazing— very welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Vet tech team is good— many are friendly and caring. Although, I was recently disappointed w the outright hostile vet tech who checked me in 2/15 10:05am (curly haired brunette accompanied by a friendly blonde trainee). The tech was very rude in her overall demeanor from the start— blatantly cold, aggressive, and annoyed. I hope to instead work w other vet techs in the future. Her trainee was conversely kind to me at this appt, and the tech who assisted Dr Howarth was very kind to both me and my pet— check out was a breeze w her. My overall visit conveniently lasted a total of 20-30min, no major issues. I look forward to making this location my regular Vetco

  First of all the lady that was checking in the pets today was super rude because my cats did not come in a separate carrier and I never received a text instructing me to do so and this is the first Vetco visit that’s ever requested that. My two cats are bonded and they have a really big carrier because they’re nervous going outside of the house. I always take my cats out for the vet so that way they don’t get scared or run away And it’s been this way for years since they were kittens . Anyhow, I went to a manager and yes, I did call the lady a JA But not directly to the employee. The manager did check with them and stated that they did send me a text, but I showed the manager my phone that I did not receive it on my own phone with these instructions. Instead of providing another carrier to me, they demanded that I left because I called that lady that name, but not directly to her. Needless to say, I will not be returning. This is the first time I had a very poor Vetco experience and the employee there he even agreed that that was a dumb rule, especially since these cats are bonded since they were babies. They’ve never scratched anyone or bit anyone. They just love to be in the same carrier when they go to the vet because they’re indoor cats. One more thing that lady really should be fired because she yelled at me in front of other customers. I don’t appreciate being called out and yes, I should not have called her a name but I NEVER directly called it to her face because I was so frustrated as a cat owner. It’s really hard to get them into a carrier let alone making them separate and never receiving a text instructing me to do so.
