We’ve had bad experiences elsewhere (burns from clippers, requests ignored), so I’m picky about who I trust. Today was the best groom our standard has ever had—his coat has never been fluffier, the cut was exactly what we wanted, and his nails look great. He was even smiling in his post-appointment photo. No burned pups, great nails, great cut, amazing fluff, and two very happy poodles. My kids also loved how soft the boys’ fur was and how good they smelled afterward. We’ll definitely be back! PS The winter portraits sent via text from them (post appointment) was the cherry on top.

The staff is kind, thoughtful and professional, we’ll continue to trust them with our beloved canine companion! It’s not the most cost effective groomer around, but you get what you pay for !
