Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Took my 2 cats to their appointments- arrived on time(prior to the appt) to check in etc. At 9:50. I saw 4 staff members standing around with one staff member sitting down and crying whilst being on the phone. A while after another staff member came out and said an injury happened and they don’t know if or when the clinic will reopen. No apologies or wanting to try to reschedule patients. There were 3 other people in front of me. One had an appointment @9:30 and checked in @9:20. So it was just a waiting game. I understand problems may occur when dealing with animals but it took a lot of effort and a 30 minute total drive to get there and back for me to get my pets seen at this location. I did not receive a phone call or text message letting me know an issue had occurred and all services would be put on hold until prior notice. That would have been appreciated. I do not recommend this location based on their lack of professionalism.

Very difficult Vetco location— inept, incompetent, unprofessional staff. I’ve come here for 2-3? years now for vaccination services, and have had a terrible experience every time (terrible in the short term and in the long term).
1. Vet techs and doctors are typically rude in their customer service— hold themselves w a very obvious “mad at the world/my life” attitude.
2. Techs make constant, ridiculous mistakes as if they aren’t paying attention to clients or what they’re doing themselves. Basic info (visit purpose, client/pet info, etc) must be reiterated again and again, not that it makes a difference in the avoidance of techs’ blatant mistakes. I find myself constantly correcting their immediate-service plans for my pet to dodge services I didn’t request and include the services I’ve already repeatedly requested. My pet herself has been assigned incorrect ownership by this loc regardless of the fact that Ive shared accurate ownership info at my first visit and every visit thereafter. This is a foundational issue that allegedly can’t be resolved according to local/executive Vetco personnel.
3. This loc handles pets w a notable lack of compassion and care. They operate as if they’re annoyed to attend to pets, just trying to get them in and out. They’re usually a little rough w my anxious but well-behaved pet. Doctors have sometimes subtly signaled techs to block me from watching my anxious pet be treated— the office has glass walls for owners to watch, Im always 10ft away from these walls, I don’t signal/speak to my pet.
Ive definitely stopped visiting this Vetco. Ive had a much better experience at my local Vetcare clinic and other Vetco locations since.

The staff were very friendly and handled my pets with extreme love and care. Even my Dane, which usually takes 4 staff members to lift onto a scale for weight happily stepped up for one vet staff! Although, making an appointment is pointless, there was a huge line and waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time just to check in.
