The worker Kara worked on my dog and she trimmed her nails way too short and said she had to cut the quicks since her nails were so long (I get my dog regularly groomed so her reasoning behind it made no sense) she also cut my dogs whiskers, who does that?? Next time my groomer is fully booked I’ll be doing the groom myself because this was outrageously bad, literally anyone else would’ve done better.
