- LMLinda MOct 21, 20255.0Each time I take my 2 Brittany Spaniels to Petco, they come back looking beautiful and are so happy. The one dog is anxious, but no more. She enjoys going to be groomed. The groomers do a wonderful job and comfort the dogs.

- SDSUN DROPOct 1, 20251.0I have two Westies , I brought them in as I normally due to receive nail trimming at Petco in Chandler, AZ on Sept 18th with Kara as the groomer for only a nail trimming. Unfortunately, Kara on was not able to trim my 1st Westie nails at all (groomer / pet control issues). The 2nd Westies nail trimming was not fully completed (groomer / pet control). (This was the 2nd time this Kara has worked with my Westies that has ended with “incomplete service fulfillment”. Speaking directly with Adri, a more experienced groomer that has worked with my dogs before, I setup an appointment with her to get this service completed first thing in the morning in 2 days. However, when I got to Petco with my dogs today, Oct 1st, I was told that: Adri will “Not” be coming in today up for the scheduled appointment. I was not offered an opportunity to reschedule or anything, but I was sent a cancellation notice by Petco after I left the store which only added more frustration to the situation. What a waste of my time, money, gas, and anxiety for me my dogs…
