A few were covered in algae and the goldfish were not only dead and hanging off the front of the tank, but looked like they had been there awhile. The live aquarium plants were all in poor condition too. There were a decent amount of employees hanging out and talking to each other in the fish section and no one seemed to care. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Completely unacceptable. DO NOT take your animals here. No respect for you or your time.

Showed up 5 minutes late to a nail appointment waited in the waiting area for 5 minutes and was told I "showed up 15 minutes late" its currently as im writing this turning 15 minutes after my appointment. Had my appointment canceled because they are backed up... Ridiculous Every time I come in this location its a delay. Checkout or grooming services... it doesnt matter.
