My husband was 5 minutes late.. the groomer would not acknowledge him and after 15 minutes went by had the audacity to say we were over 15 minutes late and they cancelled our appointment. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT take your animals here. No respect for you or your time.

Showed up 5 minutes late to a nail appointment waited in the waiting area for 5 minutes and was told I "showed up 15 minutes late" its currently as im writing this turning 15 minutes after my appointment. Had my appointment canceled because they are backed up... Ridiculous Every time I come in this location its a delay. Checkout or grooming services... it doesnt matter.

- SFStacey FordDec 23, 20251.0The grooming department has consistently denied a simple nail trim, repeatedly blaming being “short staffed.” This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time problem. They also close early without proper notice, which makes getting basic services even more frustrating. I will say this: I was wrong for saying I didn’t care that they were short staffed and that it was just an excuse. I apologized afterward for bursting out at the employee. However, even after apologizing, it was completely unprofessional for her to tell me I should go find another store that wasn’t “full of excuses.” That response was rude, dismissive, and unnecessary. Customers should not be spoken to that way—especially after an apology is given. Poor communication, lack of service, and unprofessional attitudes made this a very disappointing experience.
