I restrained myself from ogling at the small animals, birds, reptilian and the like. I could spend an hour easily, but was out in less than 10 minutes.

When I requested assistance with buying the fish, a staff member rudely informed me that they did not have time to help and told me I needed to return the following morning. This was particularly frustrating as the store was still open. We immediately went to PetSmart across the street, where they were happy to assist us without hesitation. This store’s lack of service directly resulted in a lost sale and a disappointing customer experience.

No thanks The majority of the fish are dead in tanks, everyrhing looks so dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting and I tried to rescue a Beta Fish from dieing and the Manager Trish and the employee Sarah told me NO. I was unable to buy a Beta Fish EVEN THOUGH 2 WERE DWAD ALREADY and She stated I did not have the proper equipment at home. EVEN though they arw living in a cup on a shelf hahahhahah......WHATEVER.......!!!! RUDE!!!!!! ARROGANT !!!! IA WOULD NEVER COME BACK !!!
