  One of my cats favorite can of wet food was out of stock throughout all the major pet supply distributors. So, i looked up some of the smaller suppliers online and found Bark & Luv. This store not only had cans in stock, but was willing to ship to my address as well (a lot of pet suppliers are local pick up only). The woman on the phone (sorry, i don't remember your name) was supper pleasant to talk to, and was able to apply a discount on the items I bought. And not only did my items arrive nicely packaged, but they also included some sample bags of cat treats at no additional charge, which my cat loves. Thanks to all the awesome people at Bark & Luv. You made me and my cats day by keeping his food closet stocked with his favorite cans of wet food!

  This store is a dog (and dog lover’s) wonderland. Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the selection, thoughtful merchandising, and how impeccably clean everything is. It’s honestly nicer than many high-end stores for humans! They also carry one of the best selections of high-quality, healthy treats and dog food I’ve found anywhere in the Valley, which is especially important for us because our dogs have specific dietary needs. The staff is knowledgeable and clearly cares about the products they bring in. Even if you don’t live in Chandler, it’s absolutely worth the drive—and if you can’t make it in, they offer delivery, which is a huge bonus. My three dogs give this place 12 paws of approval.

  My experience here was quite amazing. The staff went above and beyond with helping my older dog get into the bath station. They provided a ramp and although I had to leave to get my Son to help...they saved the room for us. Providing dog treats and extending patience and kindness is what legendary service means. I had brought in my other dog the week prior and still excellent attention to our needs. We then came back for doggy nail trims and yet again met with courtesy and immediate attention. A+ customer care.

  This is one of my favorite places to take my fur baby on outings to. She gets regular baths here. We haven’t been to a groomer since we found Bark & Luv. While she is short haired, and our baths take only 20 minutes, they provide everything you need to get your pup cleaned up. They also provide nail, trims and ear cleaning if needed. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and truly genuine. Shopping here is a unique experience with the specialty products they stock. You will not find these products at the standard PetSmart or Petco. I switched dog food for better quality I have found here. Love, love, love, Bark & Luv!!! ❤️🐾

  Today was our second time visiting Bark & Luv for a little spa time in their self-serve dog wash. It is comfortable for both you and your pup, plenty of supplies included for all the washing, drying and brushing, and it is *amazingly* affordable! I wish we would've found Bark & Luv sooner, but we're glad to now have a regular place to visit for spa time, amazing dog snacks, and being treated like royalty when visiting. Thank you, Bark & Luv, for such outstanding service.
