After price comparison for frozen raw foods on several different brands, Bonnie's consistently came out cheaper than any other stores carrying the same brands by a few dollars. I feed frozen raw patties to cats and dogs in my house when making their food isn't feasible, my go-to brands are Small Batch and Primal. Although this shop is mainly geared toward dog food in the freezer area, they will order specialty brands and frozen cat food for me within a week. They get shipments on Wednesday and if I place an order on Monday, I get a call to pick up in 2 days. They have an assortment of products for cats/dogs health including CBD tinctures for both cats and dogs, CBD treats for dogs, calming aids/supplement, dental aids, joint supplements, nutritional supplements, etc. They are personable and will discuss products and suggest what they see their clients liking or what has a history of working if you need help. I've received samples for my cats to try when we were initially trying to switch them to frozen patties to ensure I wasn't going to buy a brand I couldn't use. I appreciate the assortment of higher end brands of foods and the option to buy freeze dried foods to keep in our 72 hour bug-out bag. The toy variety is unique, heavy on the dog products. Tons of boutique type products you don't find in chain stores. They periodically have amazing sales that make buying months worth of food a huge money saver. They also have a small clearance area they put foods that are closer to expiration that can be a great deal. I've hit a few sales by accident that have either left me getting free products like frozen goat's kefir or money off. My only complaint is sometimes the buying process during sales or special order items can be muddled with the staff, but I find if I help keep track of the information they need it helps, but so far even if I can't remember they've always straightened it out.
