  This store opens at 9am. My wife slipped on a puddle of urine at 9:04am. Puddle was mopped up with a dirty mop and the aisle still had a strong urine smell. Staff was not super helpful with price issue. Cashier told my wife that he was 'kind of out of it" due to arriving at 5am for inventory and that he had "only eaten a bowl of cereal" before his shift. Very strange interaction. Probably just going to use Chewy from now on ...

  This review is about the pet clinic itself. I had a kitten I had just rescued the day before and noticed sneezing and blood coming out of its nose. I took it upon myself to take this kitten to what are supposed to be the “professionals”. This kitten was obviously struggling to breathe, I had tried my hardest to blow some air into his mouth on the way here. I was told by the receptionist that they could not help this kitten out because of how small he was and that there was no “time”… The clinic was completely empty. They then told us it was an emergency and he needed care as soon as possible and some oxygen. The girl up front referred us to an animal urgent care and said we should go as soon as possible. We went to the urgent care and it was closed??? The kitten passed away in the car. It angers me that there was somehow no way this establishment couldn’t help a dying animal. And then had the nerve to send us to an urgent care that was closed when told it was an urgent emergency ? Please hire more knowledgeable employees. And also to mention, she told us she didn’t know what to do with the dying kitten? How do you work at a vet clinic and have no idea how to deal with animals. Do better Petco.

  Took Coco in for nail trim and bath. I was very satisfied with the results. Awesome people working there. Would recommend them to everyone.

  I have the worst experience every time I go to this store. The employees are miserable, have no knowledge, they don’t greet you or try to help you. This last time, Petco.com placed a $215 HOLD on my account, it’s been 6 business days and their system is still holding my money which has now overdrawn my account. I’m moving to Chewy or Petsmart. This company is ridiculous.

  If I could give a negative star I would. This place is so full pf crap. One minute they're telling my dog has to be cleared by a vet to be groomed. Then afterI get my dog cleared to get groomed thos ignorant people telling me they cant groom him because his ears are matted. Is this is what grooming is for. They are so full of bs.
