They refused to see our dog without them! They wanted to give him ANOTHER SHOT to be seen. Are they getting kick backs from the vaccine company?! Of course we said NO to the shot and left! I will never go back there again!

When I called to ask for a refund, the manager, Jamie, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her dismissive attitude made a frustrating situation even worse. I had to escalate the issue to corporate to finally get the refund processed. This level of poor customer service and deceptive advertising is unacceptable. I would not recommend this Vetco to anyone looking for reliable and honest veterinary care. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
