Don't bring a pet here that is in serious danger or condition they will turn you away because it isn't convient timing for them and dont let them lie and claim they were too busy 1 minute isn't too much to ask just out of common decency ps. I did end up losing my best friend which made their entire attitudes about it feel even more terrible after the fact.

The ladies who took care of my cat were super sweet and gentle and she started looking better a couple of days after the visit.

The ladies at Pointer Trail Animal Clinic are absolutely wonderful. Saying goodbye to my fur baby of 12 1/2 years was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but everyone there was so comforting and supportive. They were also very respectful with her remains which really meant a lot to me. I even received a card in the mail with everyone's signature. Thank you all so much for being there for the both of us in such a difficult time. ❤️

Best veterinarian I have ever dealt with. She treats our cat Hercules like he is hers. She truly cares about him and we are so grateful that she is in our Hometown!
