I did end up losing my best friend which made their entire attitudes about it feel even more terrible after the fact.

Saying goodbye to my fur baby of 12 1/2 years was the hardest thing I've ever had to do but everyone there was so comforting and supportive. They were also very respectful with her remains which really meant a lot to me. I even received a card in the mail with everyone's signature. Thank you all so much for being there for the both of us in such a difficult time. ❤️
