  We are very happy with the care our pets recieve, but we were told the rewards for having the Vital Care program did not expire so we saved them up for over 9 months only to find out they expired within 45 days :( We groom our dogs and cook their food so the only things we would use the rewards for is the teeth cleaning we just had done

  Made me come in twice as they didn’t treat my dog properly and as a result charged for 2 separate times when they admitted they messed up.

  Took my pet here for a year and the service became progressively more uncomfortable. They do not listen, explain treatment or keep records well at all. After half a dozen visits and a lot of confusion (among other things, tried to convince me my pet hadn't received treatments, of which I brought the discharge papers to multiple appointments with them), it did not feel safe taking my pet there for treatments any longer. It seems like they are more keen to throw invoices at you based on trigger words than pay attention to anything you tell them, even when you continue to bring in paperwork and show up for appointments THEY schedule and you confirm, then being asked why you're even there after waiting a half hour to be seen. To add insult to injury, I have gotten estimates from several other local veterinarians, all of them are more affordable than the prices I have paid to this place It's been a wild year here, y'all. There's got to be better care out than this.

  I love them they take good care of my babies after my house fire been using them for a while and my babies always get the best care from everyone

  So happy I could bring my cat here on a Saturday afternoon, when her normal vets office was unavailable. Dr. Bynum and staff were all very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was given our options for treating my cats UTI they diagnosed her with, as well as pricing….which, by the way, was very reasonable compared to other places. I didn’t have to wait long for us to be seen/diagnosed/and sent on our way. Very pleased with this place, and would gladly come here again for vet needs!!
