  The people there are too nosey. If im paying a large amount of money for an animal you don't have a right to tell me you can't sell the animal to me when I also pick a tank that you think is too small. Then proceed to show me the biggest one and say this one is what we recommend and its over 200 dollars. Also half of your animals look poor and sick. Yall are too expensive and I'd gladly tell anyone to go to Petsmart at the mall over here. They wanted 100 bucks for a small tank less than 20 and petsmart I got a 40 gallon with the kit for everything for 150

  Katelyn was awesome. Found a raccoon kit today have no idea what to do. Went to Petco, this woman helped me out. Thank you so very much, awesome job.

  We recently purchased a hamster for our family from Petco. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it was frustrating. The biggest issue was how long it took to get help. We waited quite a while for assistance and even walked around the store trying to find someone who could help us. When someone finally did, the process still moved pretty slowly. While being handed our hamster and again at checkout we were also encouraged to sign up for the membership program. It was explained, but for our situation it didn’t seem to provide enough value to make sense not were we wanting a repeat next time. Overall the store had what we needed, but the long wait for assistance and the push toward the membership made the experience less smooth than expected.
