I also explained to her this was my first dog grooming experience as I have always had short hair dogs. I picked him up and it seemed fine but as soon as I got into the car I realized his face trim is crooked and not blended AT ALL. It looks like a bowl cut. I also told her DO NOT TOUCH the top of his head. I didnt notice right away because of his blow out but she did! It is shorter and i specifically said NOT to cut it at all! When I called as soon as I left the gentleman who answered the phone was not very professional. I told him about it and he was just uninterested. I called back because I became more bothered and the way he handled it was very rude. I am not sure if I will bring him back for someone to fix his face because I do not trust them. The price is average but I do NOT feel like I got the service I paid for so I will say the price is high for what I got. This was not a good experience at all and because it is my first i hope I can find a groomer I can trust in the future.
