- JWJessica Woodward4 days ago2.0We went to buy our 1st family pet, a teddy bear hamster. Took a while to find someone to help and when he helped he wad extremely annoyed to help us. Later as he was getting a box provided a lot of negative opinions on another animal I had years ago as a pet. We discussed how we had one years ago and didnt agree to his opinion but it was an opinion. He became frustrated, very short and rude with me. Continued to disagree. I said That was enough he has his opinion and I have mine. Finished putting the hamster in the box. We said thank you and he looked away and didnt say anything back. My kids even said he was rude. No where in this did he need to go out of his way to tell us his negative opinion and get as annoyed as he did. We love our Hammy and hopefully won't ever have to go back to that store.
