  The last grooming appointment I scheduled for my maltese, the groomer was 6 minutes late and barely acknowledged me. She seemed pissed off that I showed up and interrupted her poorly timed break. I asked for a rounded, teddy bear face and she did blunt, straight cut. My dog looks like a rat. At least Julie and Sam are professionals, and they are the only reason I'll come back. The other three groomers lack customer service and professionalism, as well as enthusiasm.

  I waited over ten minutes for assistance with crickets, even before an employee named Randy began giving another customer, Lily, a full tour of the fish section. Despite my patience, he refused to take even a minute to help me. When I went to the front of the store to ask another employee for help, they were also dismissive and extremely rude. At that point, it was clear that no one intended to assist me at all. I understand that stores can get busy, but there is no excuse for this level of disregard and unprofessional behavior. Customers should not have to chase down employees or be treated as an inconvenience. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly with the store’s management, and I would appreciate follow-up to confirm how this situation will be handled.

  The employees here will text on their personal cellphones at the checkout line, right in front of customers. When you call them out for it, they will say: "Ughhhhh! Sorry, I am just complaining to my coworkers about the Christmas music!!!" Managers: let's get back to a standard of keeping employees off their personal devices and available for the customers who frequent the establishment. If the customers quit coming because of your employees, you won't stay in business.

  Great place to take my two very large dogs (almost 80 pounds each) for grooming. The staff was friendly and were great with making my dogs feel comfortable.

  The dog treat pet bar is a good way to try your pet on different types before buying a whole package. You can get 1lb of mixed treats you want to try of your choosing for $10.00. I found that my dog loves the pumpkin and the coconut treats the best.
