Had to explain to my daughter why so many fish were stuck to the drain not moving. I have truly never had worse customer service than this Petco. Unfortunately reaching out to the store would be pointless because the store manager is the one with the customer service problems.

I can't believe they struggle with something as easy as snail care, I'm not sure how I can even return this, do I just bring up my dead snail and show my receipt?

Eventually I ended up with one fish and one snail that survived (after purchasing a total of 16 fish and four snails in two separate trips), so I decided to try my luck one more time by trying a different store. What a difference! All nine fish that I purchased (guppies and tetras) are thriving!! Not only that, but my experience at the Rogers AR location was great. The employee was very knowledgeable and quick to get what I was needing (I wish I had gotten her name). I plan to make this my "go to" store for all my future purchases :)
