  The entrance it's hard to find especially when using Google Maps. The staff wasn't knowledgeable. But it was the only large pet store within any reasonable distance of where I'm at but it was clean and after some searching I found what I needed

  Was looking for a dog sweater yes found 1...There were many sweater or coats no price OR i could not see so I used the scan on the app 1 item came up 3.99 so i scaned all of the ones like it yep 3.99... Go to check out rings up 9.99 THE CASHIER SAID THAT THE PRICE IF YOU ORDERED ON LINE.. LOL SORRY but if i was buying on line I COULD not scan the price... unable to find a way on petco app to email.. cashier was Amy also was rude after i showed her when i scaned how it came up...this is in mountain home AR....

  The employees are always friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. There's a good animal selection and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. This is our go to store for all things pets!

  Wow! This Petco has really done its thing turning the store around recently! I don’t live in the area, I usually go to my local Petco but this one blows mine out of the water! The animals there are much cleaner and the associates are much more informed. Then to find out they’re running on a skeleton crew at that?! Even with the short staffing I still felt like I was the most important person in that moment. The store is clean, the associates are friendly and all the animals seem healthy and not over stocked like most places. I’d rather take the drive here from now on.

  I appreciate the merchandise at Petco. When it was time to check out there were three associates standing at the registers. Unfortunately they weren't personable in any way. No smile, no welcome. Asked if I was a member and I gave my phone number. Can't say they were rude but at the same time can't say they were nice . I was the only one shopping at the time. No other customers were there to take their attention. I believe in smiling ,welcoming associates. I worked retail for years and understand that it can determine whether a customer comes back to shop at that store. I don't like giving negative reviews but did not feel like I had a good experience at Petco.
