My partner had a very rude encounter with a older lady working the register 2/12/26. It is not the cashier's job to judge a customers gender or clothing let alone vocalize those things. Not very live laugh love and way out of line.

While I like their products, this particular PetCo really needs to improve on customer service. I had to wait around both to be helped in the store, and stand around for several minutes at the counter to purchase what I came to the store for. I could have been in and out 15 minutes sooner if not for the unhelpful staff.
