I've been using them for the last 7 years or so. They're a great veterinary clinic to use. All of the Dr's have been great, & their staff is professional, empathetic, kind, & knowledgeable. I've never had an issue with them. They make you feel comfortable to address any questions or concerns. The office is always sanitary and smells nice. They'll even provide your baby with a nice goodie bag. I'd recommend them to my friends/family for sure!

My experience with this clinic as a cat owner was less than zero. I have two babies Fig (8f) and Onion (2m). Onion received normal care - that is not where I feel I’ve been slighted. This is about Fig- for context she had a difficult life in her earlier years and has a really hard time trusting people. This happened a while ago but I can’t stop thinking about it on my hunt for a new vet clinic. I’ve been concerned that she’s been feeling depressed or anxious and not acting like herself- that’s why I wanted to bring her in. But bc Fig is considered aggressive, she was prescribed gabapentin for any future appointments. When we showed up for her appointment, her being absolutely conked out of her freaking mind, they refused to see her. She never even left her carrier. And the rude nurse took a look at Fig’s chart, scoffed at me, and said she would need to be sedated for any future appointments and started grilling me about “did I know which person I spoke to on the phone?” when I made the appointment. Then she stormed out most likely to speak to whoever made the appointment. When the doctor came in I tried to stress to them that I felt something was up with her they were like “yeah we can’t do anything until after we get her sedated” brushed me off and shut me down so I’d stop trying to talk about her ???? I don’t want to sedate my cat for general care. Y’all can’t even listen to me or my concerns? If she would’ve been removed from her carrier and seen at her appointment I think they would’ve understood that. She was high out of her mind like couldn’t even walk around. I’ve never felt so disheartened and disappointed. They completely ignored me and my concerns for my cat, not to mention she is 8 years old and sedating her BEFORE bloodwork could cause serious problems or end her life. It made me feel like they would rather just not be bothered by my concerns or by Fig- which was a really crappy feeling because that’s my baby ya know. I left feeling like they just wanted to shame me and take advantage of the situation so that I felt I had no other options. They looked at her with such disgust, it was so heartbreaking. :( So I will be finding a new vet that I can trust that treats pets and their owners with more respect and compassion.
