just google them, they are about money not your pet. We had an elderly fur baby that went to them for almost 2 years. We had him in several times to look at masses and asked about cancer, all his siblings got it so we were concerned. We were told all clear and he was good. 2 days after us taking him in because of him being lethargic they said he was in pain from arthritis. 2 days later we had to put him to sleep because of a huge mass in his belly that cause huis spleen to rupture and pushed his intestine to one side. complete failure on what we considered our pets drs. Their response to this is we should have asked for xrays, so its our fault. The big rub is i still have to pay them monthly. We asked to cancel but we will still be paying them until June. I regret ever going with them.

I booked the only appointment available today online (supposedly until January). When I arrived they said it was a computer glitch and they’re booked until Saturday (but it doesn’t show availability online). They didn’t let me know so I wasted my time and won’t be returning.

Wish I could give them zero stars. They have been charging me the past 3 months after I cancelled my membership. They were not able to help my cat in June - told me she wouldn't allow them to get any testing nor give her shots. When I call 888 number to cancel again... they tell me I owe $400 for the shots and fecal exam that THIS LOCATION SAID THEY DIDN'T DO! Make it make sense. This place is an absolute joke. Btw, I did take her to another vet who was able to perform all the things above and not nickle and dime me. #dobetter

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
