The staff is always kind and attentive with our pups. Dr. Streeter is amazing with her care and attention. It probably helps that everyone there loves our Inca.

Honestly very disappointed in my experience today at this location. Beware of the very rude veterinarian assistant Alyssa, she lacked compassion and overall decency and I would never leave my dog in the care of a person like that.

Disappointed. Came here with my pup for some skin issues. It seemed bacterial and it was persistent. They write off as dermatitis. Doctor just talked in circles and down talked our dogs problems saying she “has seen worse”. As soon as we got there they were trying to sell us the “dog insurance” plan. We requested a skin scrape and they talk to us about doing it and they didn’t even do it. I didn’t find out until I left and realized they didn’t give us a diagnosis of our skin scrape. I said no shampoos since I was already using one and sold me $50 bottle of shampoo I could have gotten online for $20!!! I also almost got charge full price even though I was told the visit was going to be 130$ in the exam room I got upfront and almost got charged $200. Luckily I caught that and they forgot to put in my free exam coupon like we talked about in the exam room. Honestly disappointed; doctor just was just rude too; just using different diagnostic words to make it sound like she knew what she was talking about. But when I asked her to write down her medical diagnosis she just said dermatitis even though she was saying other things in the exam room. I also hate how they have to take your dog to the back even though you go in person for an exam. When they’re busy they can double book you and you wouldn’t an exam room but even if you don’t double book they still take your dog to the back so you don’t even know what’s going on. Unfortunately, they are a production team. They make most of their money just booking and pushing out clients with minimal effort or care.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
