Words will never be enough for me to explain how grateful I am for the staff here. I unexpectedly had to let my girl go, these people were amazing to her and I both. I will never forget their kindness. ❤️ Baileys mom

I called here about needing help for my 3 yr old female who just given birth and she put me on hold for so long that the phone hung up for all who want to know i was on hold almost 11 mintutes she said she needed to ask the veterian if what happened this morning was normal. I tried calling back after it hung up but nobody answered.
If you care about the animals then help them. Now I have to wait until 9 am to call her vets. Not impressed.

Brought in my actively dying cat and started with the two girls at the front desk who were rude and snarky. Then as I handed my cat to the nurse she processed to question me about payment and it ended with her laughing in my face and walking away with my cat. After being given the news that my cat will need to be put down, we were interrupted TWCE in the vet room while saying goodbye to our cat that they needed payment now. Also was interrupted again by cleaning staff and was told the liquid on the ground in our room was pee and he needed to clean it immediately. I will say the male doctor was capassonate and kind and was so thankful for him and along with the nurse helping him.
