    One star is too many! Christy was her groomer, I dropped Ethel off by 11am picked her up by 4pm to this chopped hair cut! I said leave her ears long, she is supposed to be an experienced groomer, also her nails didn’t get clipped, her eyes not clean nor her ears. Wasted time. I did get a full refund. I will not go back. My poor baby looks horrible 🥹

    Had 11:30 appt. dropped my puppy off they said 3-4 hours why did they not tell me that when I made appt. I was shopped out so went back to check said another hour...they did a rush job on my baby and a very poor job....and charged me for long hair and he did not have long hair except face, and they barely trimmed it didn't get in between paws or inside of ears very unhappy and will not take him back there he is a 6 lb dog and easy to bathe not sure why they charge so much for a little dog 🤔
